HUBUNGAN INDUSTRIAL SERIKAT PEKERJA

Serikat pekerja mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bagi pekerja, pengusaha dan serikat pekerja itu sendiri dalam proses penyelesaian perselisihan perburuhan. Proses penyelesaian perselisihan perburuhan didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang penyelesaian perselisihan perburuhan yang dilakukan melalui cara dua pihak dan tiga pihak (konsiliasi hubungan perburuhan, konsiliasi hubungan perburuhan, arbitrase hubungan perburuhan dan hubungan industrial), kemudian pergi ke pengadilan hubungan industrial jika tidak ada jalan hukum. - litigasi (kecuali arbitrase) hal ini belum tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan industrial dan perselisihan yang ada di dalam hubungan industrial. Metode penelitian kualitatif ini berdasarkan atas data yang terkumpul dari bahan-bahan pustaka data sekunder dan lapangan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan tertulis yang berhubungan dengan topik yang dibahas berupa buku, makalah, hasil penelitian, jurnal, majalah, internet, dan sebagainya. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai perselisihan hubungan industrial dan berbagai macam cara penyelesaiannya.

Trade unions have a very important role for workers, employers and the union itself in the process of resolving industrial relations disputes. The process of resolving industrial relations disputes based on Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes is through Bipartite, Tripatrite (industrial relations mediation, industrial relations conciliation and industrial relations arbitration) then to the Industrial Relations Court if the legal remedy is non-litigation (except arbitration) this was not achieved. The aim of this research is to explain industrial relations and disputes that exist in industrial relations. This research method is based on data collected from secondary and field data library materials. Secondary data is obtained through literature study, namely by collecting written materials related to the topics discussed in the form of books, papers, research results, journals, magazines, the internet, and so on. In this research, industrial relations disputes and various ways of resolving them will be discussed.

Publication decisions
