Analisis Pasca Diklat terhadap Etos Kerja Alumni Studi Kasus Diklat Pelaporan Keuangan Angkatan II BDK Aceh Tahun 2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terhadap etos kerja. Penelitian ini bersifat ex post facto. Sampelnya  adalah alumni Diklat pelaporan keuangan angkatan II tahun 2019 yang dilaksanakan oleh BDK Aceh yang berjumlah 40 orang dan yang bersedia mengisi angket adalah 39 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) serta etos kerja. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis korelasi regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (r2xy) 0,554 artinya 55,4% etos kerja dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai sementara sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
