PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MAHASISWA PGSD MENGGUNAKAN VIDEO GAME DENGAN ALUR CERITA KOMIK

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik metode pembelajaran berbasis media komik yang telah dikembangkan serta menganalsis apakah pembelajaran berbasis alur cerita komik yang telah dikembangkan efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alur cerita komik ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa 35% siswa setuju dan 65 % siswa sangat setuju dengan pernyataan yang diajukan mengenai komik. Ha ini mengindikasikan bahwa komik “Group Cabby in the Kingdom of the Queen of the Sciences†mendapat respon positif dari 10 siswa pada uji coba produk skala terbatas dan telah layak untuk dilakukan uji coba pemakaian pada skala luas untuk dinilai efektivitasnya karena tidak da yang perlu diperbaiki (revisi). Berdasarkan tabel 7 diketahui bahwa  yaitu 4.30  1.99 maka  ditolak dan  diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar antara kedua kelas sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alur cerita komik dengan judul “Group Cabby in the Kingdom of the Queen of the Sciences†Tanggapan guru dan siswa diperoleh dari lembar angket dan melalui akngekt tersebut, dapat diketahui kualitas dan tingkat kesesuaian komik dengan kebutuhan siswa SD dengan bahan ajar dari materi ajar matematika yang menarik dan menyenangkan saat dipelajari.
