PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya TK, tidak bersifat wajib. Namun, sebagian besar orang tua yang peduli terhadap perkembangan anak mempunyai semangat yang tinggi untuk memasukkan anaknya ke TK. Di negara maju seperti Amerika Serikat, TK merupakan lembaga pendidikan prasekolah yang diikuti hampir semua (98%) anak di negara tersebut (Chandler, West, dan Hausken, 1995). Kondisi di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah perkotaan, tampaknya tidak jauh berbeda dengan kondisi di Amerika Serikat. Hal ini terbukti sudah sulit mencari anak SD di perkotaan yang tidak melalui TK. Data yang diperoleh dari subjek melalui skala ukur ditransformasikan ke dalam angka-angka menjadi data kuantitatif, sehingga data tersebut dapat dianalisis dengan pendekatan statistik. Analisis data kuantitatif pada penelitian ini dan uji hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Dua Prediktor.Berdasarkan hasil-hasil yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan Ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi kerja  terhadap kinerja. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 35,351 ; sig < 0,010. ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kinerja. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,637 ; sig < 0,000. Ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,446 ; sig < 0,000

Publication decisions
