PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI AKADEMIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA

Salah satu cara untuk memenangkan persaingan di dunia pendidikan tinggi di era globalisaasi adalah melalui pelayanan yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa sehingga mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia yang aktif di semester genap 2021/2022 dengan sampelnya berjumlah 56 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh kualitas layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yang dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah sebesar 0,868 yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara kualitas layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.

One way to win the competition in the world of higher education in the era of globalization is through quality services to increase student satisfaction so as to gain the trust of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of academic administration services on student satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The study was conducted on students of the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia who are active in the even semester of 2021/2022 with a sample of 56 people who were selected using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were using questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used regression and correlation analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the magnitude of the influence of the quality of academic administration services on student satisfaction calculated by the correlation coefficient was 0.868 which showed a very strong influence between the quality of academic administration services on student satisfaction.
