One effort to improve student learning achievement is to use media in every physics lesson. The aim of the research is to determine the activities of teachers and students, the management of learning kinematics of straight motion using media, the increase in student achievement at SMAS Fajar Hidayah Blang Bintang Aceh Besar after attending PBM, and the students' responses to the implementation of learning. The object of this research was 35 students of class X SMAS Fajar Hidayah Blang Bintang Aceh Besar. The data collected was obtained using instruments consisting of observation sheets, evaluation tools, and student response questionnaires. Data regarding teacher and student activities, teacher skills in managing learning of linear motion kinematics using media, student learning achievement, and student responses were analyzed using percentage descriptive statistics. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the most dominant teacher activity that appears in learning straight motion kinematics using media is creating a learning community to conduct inquiries using media, and reflect at the end of the meeting. Meanwhile, the most dominant student activity during the implementation of straight motion kinematics learning using media is listening to information from teachers using media and reading books (packages, worksheets) and presenting the results of activities in front of the class. The teacher's ability to manage learning of straight motion kinematics using media during cycle 1, cycle 2, cycle 3, and cycle 4 is classified as quite good. There was an increase in student achievement after taking part in learning kinematics of straight motion using media, reaching 40.29%. The students' response to the implementation of learning about straight motion kinematics using media was very good.
