PERAN GURU DALAM MENGATASI BULLYING DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Peran guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying pada tingkat sekolah dasar sangat dibutuhkan, agar guru mampu mengidentifikasi dan menangani perilaku bullying. Mengingat data yang dimiliki Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) menyimpulkan bullying yang terjadi di Indonesia sebesar 41,1% dan Indonesia menjadi peringkat ke 5 tertinggi dari 78 negara yang paling banyak mengalami bullying. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru terhadap perilaku bullying di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan bacaan jurnal-jurnal, kajian pustaka relevan, membaca dan mencatat serta mengelolah bahan penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang telah dikaji dari 30 jurnal relevan mengemukakan bahwa peran guru untuk mengatasi bullying caranya bervariasi antara masing-masing guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sangat berperan penting dalam mengantisipasi kasus bullying di sekolah dasar yaitu dengan membimbing, menasehati, mengarahkan, membina dan memberikan contoh sikap yang baik di sekolah.

The role of the teacher in overcoming bullying behavior at the elementary school level is urgently needed, so that teachers are able to identify and deal with bullying behavior. Considering the data owned by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) concludes that bullying that occurs in Indonesia is 41.1% and Indonesia is ranked 5th highest out of 78 countries who experienced the most bullying. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in bullying behavior in elementary schools. The method used in this research is literature study by collecting data using reading journals, reviewing relevant literature, reading and recording and managing previous research materials. Based on previous research that has been reviewed from 30 relevant journals, it suggests that the teacher's role in overcoming bullying varies between each teacher. The results of the study show that teachers play an important role in anticipating cases of bullying in elementary schools by guiding, advising, directing, fostering and providing examples of good behavior at school.
