STRATEGI GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA UNTUK MEMENUHI KETERCAPAIN PEMBELAJARAN PADA ELEMEN PEMAHAMAN IPA DI SD NEGERI 54 BANDA ACEH

Penelitian terkait Strategi Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Untuk Memenuhi Ketercapain Pembelajaran Pada Elemen Pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam mengimplementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk memenuhi ketercapain pembelajaran pada elemen pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru Pengerak yaitu 2 Orang Guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Hail penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai Dari hasil yang wawancara yang dilakukan Strategi Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Untuk Memenuhi Ketercapain Pembelajaran Pada Elemen Pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh merupakan suatu pelaksanaan dari sebuah rencana yang sudah disusun atau dirangkai secara matang dan terperinci. Dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka terdapat tahap tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian. Pada tahap perencanaan, kepala sekolah harus melakukan perencanaan dengan membuat jadwal pembinaan kepada semua guru terkait materi-materi penting di kurikulum merdeka. Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi, implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah diterapkan dengan baik di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh. Â

Research related to Master's Strategy in Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum to Meet Learning Interests on IPA Comprehension Elements in SD 54 Banda Aceh aims to know the teacher's strategy in implementing Merdeca curriculum in order to meet learning interference on IPA comprehension elements at SD 54. Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with observation and interview techniques. The object in this research is the teacher. Sampling was done with a total sampling consisting of the head of the school and the master master, namely two teachers. Data collection was done by way of interviews. The result of the interview was that the Master's Strategy in Implementing a Free Curriculum to Meet Learning Interactions on IPA Understanding Elements in the SD 54 of Banda Aceh represents an implementation of a plan that has been prepared or drafted in a mature and detailed manner. In implementing an independent curriculum there are stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. At the planning stage, the head of the school must make the planning by making a training schedule for all teachers related to the important materials in the independent curriculum. Based on interviews and observations, the implementation of the independent curriculum has been well implemented in the SD 54 Banda Aceh
