PENGUATAN BUDAYA ANTI KORUPSI DALAM PENDIDIKAN TENAGA KESEHATAN MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN ETIKA PROFESI DAN TATA KELOLA KESEHATAN

Korupsi di sektor kesehatan merupakan persoalan serius karena berdampak langsung terhadap mutu layanan, keselamatan pasien, distribusi sumber daya, dan kepercayaan publik. Pendidikan tenaga kesehatan memiliki posisi strategis dalam membentuk calon tenaga kesehatan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara klinis, tetapi juga berintegritas secara moral dan profesional. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis model penguatan budaya anti korupsi dalam pendidikan tenaga kesehatan melalui pembelajaran etika profesi dan tata kelola kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Data diperoleh dari buku ajar Pendidikan dan Budaya Anti Korupsi Kementerian Kesehatan, dokumen Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, publikasi World Health Organization, Transparency International, serta artikel ilmiah tentang korupsi sektor kesehatan, etika profesi, dan tata kelola layanan kesehatan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya anti korupsi dalam pendidikan tenaga kesehatan dapat diperkuat melalui tiga strategi utama, yaitu integrasi nilai anti korupsi dalam kurikulum, penguatan etika profesi berbasis kasus kesehatan, dan pembentukan tata kelola pendidikan kesehatan yang transparan serta akuntabel. Nilai utama yang perlu diinternalisasikan meliputi kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keadilan, kepedulian, disiplin, keberanian moral, dan amanah. Kebaruan artikel ini terletak pada pengembangan model integratif yang menghubungkan pendidikan anti korupsi, etika profesi kesehatan, keselamatan pasien, dan tata kelola kesehatan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan agar institusi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan menjadikan pendidikan anti korupsi sebagai budaya akademik, bukan sekadar materi pembelajaran normatif.
