ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA DALAM PERKULIAHAN DAN PRAKTIKUM KIMIA DASAR JURUSAN FARMASI UNIVERSITAS UBUDIAH INDONESIA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan praktikum kimia dasar dan korelasi antara teori dan pelaksanaan praktikum kimia dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dan menggunakan soal tes dan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Farmasi di Universitas Ubudiah Indonesia yang berjumlah 27 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mempelajari kimia dasar mahasiswa Program Studi Farmasi adalah penguasaan materi. Persentase kesulitan diperoleh dari (1) penguasaan materi kimia dasar 50,91%, (2) proses pembelajaran / perkuliahan 38,29%, dan (3) pelaksanaan praktikum sebesar 69,73%. Pada faktor lingkungan masyarakat, secara statistik memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 69,35%. Adanya korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara nilai Praktikum Kimia dan nilai teori kimia dasar dengan thitung > ttabel atau 5,071 > 2,060 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai rxy = 0,712.
