ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN TATA BAHASA INGGRIS PADA PENULISAN ABSTRAK SKRIPSI

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menggambarkan secara jelas dan tepat tentang kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kesalahan tatabahasa apa saja yang terdapat dalam penulisan abstrak pada beberapa skripsi mahasiswa program studi farmasi Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa prodi farmasi yang telah menyelesaikan skripsi mereka dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa tulisan abstrak skripsi mahasiswa prodi farmasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan Teknik Analisa Diskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa paling banyak melakukan kesalahan dalam menggunakan bentuk bentuk tata bahasa yaitu kesalahan penggunaan verb (22%), kesalahan dalam penggunaan auxiliary (24%), kesalahan dalam penggunaan bentuk singular dan plural (20%), Kesalahan dalam penggunaan bentuk preposition (16%), . Kesalahan dalam penggunaan bentuk adjective (18%). Beberapa alasan kenapa kesalahan tersebut masih terjadi karena ada pengaruh bahasa pertama yang menyebabkan mereka masih menyamakan pola dan aturan bahasa tersebut dengan bahasa Inggris.

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Ubudiyah Indonesia. This research was conducted to describe clearly and precisely about students' ability to write abstracts. The purpose of this study was to find out what types of grammatical errors are found in writing abstracts in several theses of pharmaceutical study program students at the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were pharmacy study program students who had completed their thesis from 2016 to 2021. The data obtained in this study was secondary data, namely in the form of written abstracts of pharmacy study program students. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study it was found that students made the most mistakes in using grammatical forms, namely mistakes in using verbs (22%), mistakes in using auxiliary (24%), mistakes in using singular and plural forms (20%), mistakes in using forms prepositions (16%), . Errors in the use of adjectives (18%). Some of the reasons why these mistakes still occur are because there is the influence of the first language which causes them to still equate the patterns and rules of that language with English.
