PENGARUH PROGRAM DINIYAH TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (PAI) SMPN 2 MESJID RAYA ACEH BESAR

Fenomena pendidikan agama kembali lagi menjadi wacana global dan aktual di kalangan masyarakat, baik di lingkungan akademisi, pesantren, keluarga, sekolahan, pemerintah dan lain sebagainya. Salah satunya adalah program diniyah yang akhir-akhir ini semarak diperbincangkan di sekolah yang sudah mulai diterapkan baik di sekolah umum maupun di sekolah keagamaan di Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program diniyah terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 175 orang, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data  menggunakan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarkan nilai rapor tergolong sangat baik dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 83.36, (2)  Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan program diniyah terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Mesjid Raya, hal ini di tunjukkan oleh diterimanya Ha dan di tolaknya Ho. (3) Di dalam uji korelasi juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara program diniyah dan prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,825. (4) Hubungan antara program diniyah dan prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) termasuk pada kategori sangat kuat.
