SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN REKOMENDASI PENERIMAAN BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI (BLT) PANDEMI COVID 19 PADA DESA BALE ATU KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

ABSTRAK
Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Ibu kotanya adalah Takengon memiliki 14 kecamatan yang terdiri dari 295 desa Di Keca- matan Lut Tawar khususnya di Desa Bale Atu terdapat 543 KK dan 2124 penduduk dan memiliki 4 kepala dusun
yang yaitu bagian Utara, Timur, Selatan, Barat. Saat ini jumlah kasus virus Covid-19 terus bertambah di Indonesia yang memukul banyak sektor. Sebagai dampak dari akibat pandemi Covid-19, maka pemerintah mengadakan bantu- an yaitu program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) melalui desa untuk membantu  perekonomian masyarakat.
Pemerintah indonesia meyakini tindakan ini adalah penting untuk menyelamatkan kelangsungan hidup masyarakat
Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 (lima) parameter/kriteria yang diambil sesuai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yaitu; pendapatan, umur, tanggungan, pendidikan, dan status perumahan. Yang menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan memasukkan data kepala keluarga yang ditetapkan sebagai calon penerima BLT. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari Desa Bale Atu, Kecamatan Lut Tawar, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan dengan menentukan nilai perbandingan berpasangan sebagai nilai prioritas dari penilaian kese- luruhan untuk menentukan calon penerima Layak atau Tidak Layak menerima dana BLT. Penerima BLT yang
dinyatakan Layak memiliki nilai >2.0 dan nilai yang dinyatakan Tidak Layak <2.0.
