ANALISA APLIKASI SISTEM TATA KELOLA KEUANGAN DESA DI KECAMATAN DARUSSALAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa tidak akan terlepas dari faktor keuangan sebagai pendukung pembiayaan, aplikasi sistem keuangan desa (siskeudes) ini dikembangkan untuk pengelolaan dana desa agar dapat mempermudah pelaporan keuangan menjadi lebih transparan serta akuntabel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Melihat tingkat efisiensi dari pengguna aplikasi siskeudes yang sudah berjalan. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan salah satu model yang dibangun untuk menganalisis dan memahami faktorâ€faktor yang mempengaruhi diterimanya penggunaan teknologi komputer. Hasil penelitian ini dari segi kemudahan menunjukan bahwa semakin mudah teknologi aplikasi siskeudes dioperasikan, maka teknologi aplikasi tersebut akan banyak digunakan oleh pengguna yang bersangkutan. Sedangkan dari segi minat perilaku semakin besar minat seseorang mempengaruhi seberapa sering atau seberapa berat pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi siskeudes. Pelaksanaan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa menjadi lebih terpola dan terstruktur dengan baik dikarenakan setiap dana yang dikeluarkan harus ditandai dengan surat permintaan pembayaran.
