Abstract

Abstrak— Rumah bantuan adalah suatu program pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat miskin. Data rumah bantuan yang berada dikecamatan Julok bertambah setiap tahunnya menbuat terjadi penumpukan data dan orang telah mendapatkan rumah bantuan kembali mendapat rumah bantuan. Data yang telah ada semakin betambah sehingga kinerja operator menjadi tidak efisen dalam mengelola data yang telah ada. Sedangkan peta rumah bantuan masih bersifat alamat belum terdapat peta secara digital. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis berbasis web yang bersifat keruangan agar bermanfaat untuk membantu operator dalam mengelola data rumah bantuan dan memberikan informasi letak rumah bantuan bagi masyarakat umum. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu berupa sistem yang mampu menampilkan data dari informasi dan letak dari titik rumah bantuan pada gampong-gampong yang berada dikecamatan Julok.

Abstract— Assisted housing is a government program to help the poor. Data on aid houses in Julok sub-district increases every year, causing data accumulation and people who have received aid houses have returned to receive aid houses. The existing data increases so that the operator's performance becomes inefficient in managing the existing data. Meanwhile, the map of aid houses is still an address, there is no digital map yet. The purpose of this research is to build a spatial web-based geographic information system that is useful for assisting operators in managing house assistance data and providing information on the location of aid houses for the general public. The result of the research is a system that is able to display data from information and the location of the points of aid houses in villages located in Julok district.
