DETEKSI KUALITAS TANAH BERDASARKAN PH DAN SUHU TANAH UNTUK MENENTUKAN KESUBURAN TANAMAN HIAS

Abstrak - Kondisi ph dan suhu pada tanah sangat mempengaruhi baik atau buruk nya pertumbuhan terhadap bunga janda bolong. Tanah yang sering digunakan oleh petani (bercocok tanam) sebagai media tanam bunga janda bolong sering menyebabkan ph dan suhu tanah turun sehingga dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan bunga janda bolong kurang baik. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi ketika tanah yang digunakan tidak sering dikontrol dan susah untuk dikontrol. Alhasil tanah yang digunakan oleh petani (bercocok tanam) untuk Bunga janda bolong jarang dilakukan penetralan ph dan menyebabkan bunga janda bolong mati. Cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada petani terkait dengan bagaimana menentukan kualitas tanah yang bagus untuk bunga janda bolong sehingga jika tanah mengalami penurunan ph dan suhu maka bisa langsung dilakukan tindakan penanganan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan prototype alat pendeteksi ph dan suhu tanah yang memberikan informasi kepada petani (bercocok tanam) , Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen karena dalam pelaksanaannya meliputi analisis sistem dan perancangan system. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alat pendeteksi kelayakan tanah pada bunga janda bolong yang dapat bekerja dengan baik yaitu dapat mendeteksi keasaman dan suhu pada tanah serta dapat mengeluarkan informasi melalui LCD 16x2 secara otomatis.

Abstrak - The pH and temperature conditions in the soil greatly affect the good or bad growth of the Monstera adansonii flowers. Soil that is often used by farmers as a medium for planting widow flowers often causes the pH and temperature of the soil to drop so that it can cause poor growth of widow flowers. The problem that often occurs is that the soil used is not often controlled and difficult to control. As a result, the soil used by farmers for the Monstera adansonii flowers is rarely neutralized by its pH and causes the Monstera adansonii flowers to die. For these problems, a tool or system is needed that can inform farmers to be able to determine good soil quality for widow bolong flowers and can act immediately if the soil used by Monstera adansonii flowers has decreased in pH and temperature. So we need a soil quality detector based on the pH and soil temperature on the Monstera adansonii flowers, The results of this study use a prototype of a soil pH and temperature detector that provides information to farmers. This study uses an experimental research method because its implementation includes system analysis and system design. The results of this study indicate that the use of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology using C programming, so that it can produce a prototype of a soil feasibility detection tool on Monstera adansonii flowers that can work well, which can detect acidity and temperature in the soil and can issue information through the LCD 16x2 automatically..
