PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE SISTEM TUTUP KANOPI OTOMATIS PADA JEMURAN PAKAIAN MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR HUJAN BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ARDUINO UNO

Pada saat musim hujan, ibu-ibu rumah tangga merasa cemas ketika mereka sedang menjemur pakaian. Rasa cemas ibu-ibu rumah tanggapun tersebut akan bertambah pada saat ibu-ibu meninggalkan rumahnya saat berpergian meninggalkan jemuran pakaian di halaman rumahnya, dan dirumah sedang tidak ada orang. Dari kejadian itu maka ibu-ibu tidak akan menjemur pakain ditempat yang terbuka, karena kawatir jemuranya basah terkena air hujan. Dari gambaran masalah diatas, penulis menemukan ide untuk membuat alat kanopi jemuran pakaian yang bisa bekerja secara otomatis. Alat tersebut menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno ditambah dengan sensor hujan dan motor servo mini sebagai penggerak kanopi. Cara kerja alat ini adalah mendeteksi saat hujan turun melalui sensor hujan, ketika sensor menerima hujan maka kanopi akan secara otomatis menutup jemuran pakaian dan ketika sensor tidak mendeteksi hujan turun maka secara otomatis kanopi akan membuka..Harapan dengan terciptanya alat kanopi otomati pada jemuran pakaian mampu membantu ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam melakukan aktifitasnya.
