Abstract

Penjualan pupuk subsidi memerlukan sistem informasi yang menyajikan data secara akurat dan real-time bagi pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web guna mempermudah pengelolaan data penjualan pupuk subsidi di Kecamatan Kuala Bate. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi JavaScript, Next.js, Firebase, dan Cloudinary dengan menerapkan metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dihasilkan menyediakan fitur manajemen stok, pencatatan transaksi, serta pelaporan data secara real-time, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam distribusi pupuk subsidi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam berbagai skenario pengujian. Tidak ditemukan bug kritis selama pengujian, dan sistem dapat diakses serta dioperasikan dengan baik oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung proses distribusi pupuk subsidi yang lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran.
