Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas di Bagian Perencanaan dan Keuangan. Namun, masih banyak instansi yang menggunakan metode manual atau sistem yang tidak terintegrasi, sehingga menghambat proses pencatatan transaksi, monitoring anggaran, serta evaluasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Monitoring dan Evaluasi Keuangan Berbasis Web yang mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, menyediakan pemantauan anggaran secara real-time, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan transparan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan fitur utama seperti pencatatan transaksi otomatis, dashboard interaktif, hak akses berbasis peran, serta integrasi dengan sistem keuangan lainnya. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengelolaan keuangan dapat lebih efisien, meminimalkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan berbasis data
