EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENGADAAN BARANG DAN ALAT TULIS KANTOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE TRADE PADA DINAS PARIWISATA ACEH

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi dalam proses pengadaan barang dan alat tulis kantor menjadi salah satu langkah strategis dalam mendukung efisiensi dan transparansi tata kelola administrasi pemerintahan. Dinas Pariwisata Aceh telah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengadaan sebagai upaya modernisasi proses permintaan dan distribusi kebutuhan operasional. Namun, dalam praktiknya, sistem tersebut masih menghadapi beberapa kendala teknis dan fungsional yang berdampak pada efektivitas kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem informasi pengadaan menggunakan metode TRADE (Targets, Resources, Analysis, Design, Evaluation) sebagai kerangka kerja evaluasi yang sistematis dan menyeluruh. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, menilai kesesuaian terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, dan merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan yang relevan. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden pengguna sistem serta wawancara mendalam kepada pihak terkait. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa aspek sistem belum memenuhi target yang diharapkan, khususnya dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan integrasi data. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada peningkatan antarmuka pengguna, pelatihan pemanfaatan sistem, serta penguatan dukungan teknis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan kebijakan perbaikan sistem pengadaan di lingkungan Dinas Pariwisata Aceh serta sebagai referensi bagi instansi lain dalam pengembangan sistem informasi yang efektif.
