Abstract

Abstrak - Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perdagangan Kota Banda Aceh berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk UMKM di kota tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan kepada para pelaku usaha UMKM. Bantuan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mereka. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah pendataan usaha UMKM oleh petugas lapangan dengan menggunakan format kertas. Setelah pendataan, data tersebut diubah menjadi format spreadsheet dalam database Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perdagangan Kota Banda Aceh. Namun, cara ini dianggap tidak efektif dan menyebabkan risiko kehilangan data serta pemborosan waktu karena proses pengolahan data yang berulang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti merancang sebuah sistem informasi pemetaan berbasis Geographic Information System (GIS) dengan memanfaatkan Google Maps API. Sistem ini akan memungkinkan petugas lapangan untuk melakukan pendataan usaha UMKM secara lebih cepat dan aman. Diharapkan bahwa sistem ini akan membantu Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perdagangan Kota Banda Aceh dalam pendataan dan pemetaan usaha UMKM, serta membantu pelaku usaha UMKM meningkatkan pendapatan dan mengembangkan usahanya.
