ANALISIS PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN ALUMNI BERBASIS WEB TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KETERLIBATAN ALUMNI DI MAN N 1 TAPAKTUAN

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen alumni berbasis web terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan alumni di MAN N 1 Tapaktuan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data alumni, menyediakan fitur diskusi, serta mendukung evaluasi sekolah melalui pengisian kuisioner oleh alumni. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei, wawancara, dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai efektivitas sistem dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap komunikasi antara alumni dan pihak sekolah, meningkatkan akses terhadap informasi beasiswa dan peluang kerja, serta mempermudah alumni dalam mengisi data dan mengikuti agenda sekolah. Berdasarkan analisis data, keterlibatan alumni meningkat secara signifikan setelah implementasi sistem, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam hasil survei dan grafik penggunaan sistem. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi manajemen alumni berbasis web ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mengoptimalkan hubungan antara alumni dan institusi pendidikan.
