Abstrak — Aplikasi seluler telah menjadi bagian penting dalam keidupan masyarakat sehari hari Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi Jamsostek (JMO), Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) adalah aplikasi layanan jamsostek yang dihadirkan untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih optimal melalui online. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usability testing pada aplikasi Jamsostek. Usability testing adalah langkah penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. menggunakan metode Think Aloud di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe. Metode Think Aloud digunakan untuk memahami interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi secara langsung. Studi ini melibatkan partisipan yang merupakan pengguna potensial aplikasi JMO di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan partisipan selama proses pengujian. Hasil analisis usability testing menunjukkan sejumlah temuan terkait kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi JMO. Temuan dari pengujian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan dalam pengembangan selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi JMO. Diharapkan hasil pengujian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna aplikasi JMO di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe.Downloads
