SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN AIR MINUM MINERAL PADA HYDRO O2 WATER BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE PENGELOLAAN SEWA GALON ANTAR JEMPUT

Abstrak— Hydro O2 Water adalah usaha depot air minum isi ulang yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008 hingga sekarang. Permasalahan pada sistem pendataan penjualannya adalah belum adanya sistem untuk dapat mengetahui jumlah pendapatan harian, bulanan maupun tahunan dari semua penjualan yang dilaporkan oleh para pekerja serta jumlah galon yang di supply oleh pelanggan secara realtime. Sistem yang digunakan pada worksheet microsoft excel juga tidak adanya singkronisasi data antar pekerja dengan pemilik usaha dikarenakan masih bersifat single file. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis berupaya untuk merancang sistem manajemen pengelolaan berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemilik usaha dalam mengelola penjualannya dari segi pendapatan, penjualan serta pengeluarannya secara realtime dan sistematis. Pada penulisan ini dijelaskan tahapan dalam membuat aplikasi, yaitu studi literatur, menemukan masalah, perancangan sistem, pengujian sistem, analisa sistem dan pembuatan laporan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menekankan kedalaman data yang didapat oleh penulis dengan hasil yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pemilik usaha untuk melihat dan mengelola laporannya baik berdasarkan hari, bulan maupun tahunan.

Abstract — Hydro O2 Water is a refill drinking water depot business that was founded in 2008 until now. The problem with the sales data collection system is that there is no system to be able to find out the amount of daily, monthly or annual income from all sales reported by workers and the number of gallons supplied by customers in real time. The system used in the Microsoft Excel worksheet also lacks data synchronization between workers and business owners because it is still a single file. Based on this, the author seeks to design a web-based management system that aims to make it easier for business owners to manage their sales in terms of income, sales and expenses in real time and systematically. At this writing, the stages in making an application are explained, namely literature study, finding problems, system design, system testing, system analysis and report generation. The research uses a qualitative method that emphasizes the depth of data obtained by the author with results that can make it easy for business owners to view and manage their reports either by day, month or yearly.
