RANCANG BANGUN DIGITAL OFFICE PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KOTA SUBULUSSALAM BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MENDUKUNG E-GOVERNMENT KOTA SUBULUSSALAM

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Diskominfo) Kota Subulussalam adalah salah satu instansi yang tepat menjadi perintis dalam penerapan digital office pada Kota Subulussalam yang sudah menjalan sistem e-government. Layanan ini menjadi solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul pada surat berbasis kertas sehingga pengelolaan surat menyurat menjadi lebih efisien dan terstruktur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun layanan digital office pada Diskominfo Kota Subulussalam berbasis web untuk mendukung terwujudnya e-goverment pada Kota Subulussalam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan pengerjaan sistem yang berurutan dan linear. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa aplikasi digital office berbasis web yang dapat berjalan dengan baik. Fitur yang tersedia pada aplikasi ini adalah pengelolaan surat masuk serta keluar, pembuatan surat keluar, disposisi dan pencarian surat. Setelah menyelesaikan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya layanan digital office dapat memudahkan pekerjaan pegawai instansi untuk mengelola dan memantau surat masuk dan keluar karena dapat diakses secara online kapan dan di manapun.

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Diskominfo) of Subulussalam City is one of the agencies that is right to be a pioneer in implementing digital office in Subulussalam City which is already running an e-government system. This service is a solution to resolve the problem of paper-based letters so that correspondence management becomes more efficient and structured. This research aims to design and build web-based digital office services at the Diskominfo to support the realization of e-government in Subulussalam City. The method used in this research is the waterfall method which was chosen considering sequential and linear system work. The results obtained are web-based digital office applications that can run well. The features available in this application are managing incoming and outgoing letters, creating outgoing letters, disposition, and searching for letters. After completing this research, it can be concluded that the existence of digital office services can make the work of agency employees easier to manage and monitor incoming and outgoing letters because they can be accessed online anytime and anywhere.
