ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN FIELD DATA OPTICAL DISTRIBUTION POINT DENGAN SYSTEM DATA UNFIELD INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PADA UNIT ACCESS OPTIMA DATA & MAINTENANCE PT. TELKOM INDONESIA WITEL SUMUT

Dalam Penelitian ini titik sebaran optik di lapangan dibandingkan dengan sistem data Terpadu Inventory Management di unit akses dan perawatan data PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Sumut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui port mana saja yang telah digunakan dalam distribusi data optik titik. Tata letak titik distribusi data optik juga dibuat untuk memudahkan orang melihat jalur distribusi pada titik distribusi data optik dan membantu mengidentifikasi apakah port di titik distribusi data optik mengalami kerusakan. Wawancara, literatur, dan observasi digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Selain itu, analisis distribusi data optik dibantu oleh sistem alat website data PT. Telkom Witel Sumut dan Unified Inventory Management. Dengan memastikan bahwa semua port berfungsi dengan baik dan bahwa jalur distribusi data tidak terganggu, analisis ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan distribusi data optik. PT. Telkom indonesia witel sumut dapat lebih mudah memantau dan memelihara jaringan optik serta memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan dengan sistem yang terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Unified Inventory Management dan Valins mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai kondisi jaringan optik di lapangan dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas jaringan.

This study compares the optical distribution sites in the field with the Integrated Inventory Management data system in the PT data access and maintenance unit. Telkom Indonesia's North Sumatra branch. The objective of this study is to determine the ports that have been utilized in the distribution of point optical data. The arrangement of the optical data distribution points is designed to enhance visibility of the distribution lines and facilitate identification of any damage to the ports at these sites. This research was conducted using interviews, literature, and observations. Furthermore, PT's data website tool system aids in the examination of optical data dissemination. Telkom Witel North Sumatra and Unified Inventory Management. This analysis attempts to enhance the effectiveness of optical data distribution management by guaranteeing the appropriate functioning of all ports and maintaining an uninterrupted data distribution path. By implementing an integrated system, PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Sumatra can enhance its ability to monitor and maintain optical networks, resulting in improved service delivery to customers. The research findings demonstrate that the utilization of Unified Inventory Management and Valins enables a more comprehensive assessment of the state of the optical network in the field and aids in making informed decisions on network repair and enhancement to improve network quality.
