Abstract- In this study the authors used a qualitative approach to link link the monitoring device utilization chain comprise of basic technologies, evoling techonogies, and advanced techonologies. Currently, monitoring system has been equipped with data storage system ranging from floppy disk, flash disk, and greater storage system capacity with web system using internet-based computer. Evaluation is carried out by conducting historical review of monitoring device utilization by UPT Frequency system Monitoring.. The study result show that device endurance in first phase may reach dozen year due to backup deviced and directory finder (DF) devices. Connection between two cars is conduvted by using radio. It is implicated to more directed task specialization, Mobile infrastructure SISLASDA SMFR for VHF/UHF.
