PERENCANAAN PERANCANGAN RESORT PANTAI PASIR PUTIH LHOK ME ACEH BESAR (PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR TROPIS)

Abstrak- Kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki berbagai macam tempat untuk berlibur seperti pantai, gunung, persawahan dan lainnya. Salah satu destinasi yang digemari pelancong untuk berlibur yaitu Pantai Pasir Putih Lhok Me. Pantai ini memiliki pesona alam yang sangat indah seperti laut berwarna biru dan jernih serta hamparan pasir putih disepanjang tepi pantai. Namun keindahan laut dan pantainya tidak diimbangi dengan kualitas sarana dan prasarana yang memamdai serta kurang nya akomodasi bagi para pelancong . oleh karena itu dengan adanya perancangan resort pasar putih Lhok Me yang memiliki kriteria hotel berbintang tiga menjadi solusi sebagai akomodasi untuk pengunjung pantai dan untuk menambah sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang untuk meningkatkan pariwisata di Aceh. Perancangan resot Pasir Putih Lhok me ini kabupaten Aceh Besar ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur tropis dengan tujuan supaya bangunan bisa beradaptasi dengan iklim dan kondisi tapak, sehingga bangunan mampu menciptakan kenyamanan terhadap pengguna dan ramah dengan lingkungan melalui prinsip-prinsip arsitektur tropis yang menselaraskan bangunan dengan lingkungan sekitar nya. Perancangan proyek ini menerapkan konsep Tropical Meet Luxury, dimana konsep ini memberikan tampilan rancangan dengan ciri khas bangunan tropis namun tetap mempertahankan kesanmewah dan elegan pada rancangan dengan tujuan untuk menarik wisatawan. Lokasi perancangan beach resort ini berada di desa Lamreh Lhok Me Lamreh kecamatan Mesjid Rraya, kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan luas lahan l ± 4 Hektar.

Abstract- Aceh Besar Regency is one of the districts in Aceh Province which has various places for holidays such as beaches, mountains, rice fields and others. One of the destinations that travelers like to go on holiday is Lhok Me White Sand Beach. This beach has very beautiful natural charm, such as the blue and clear sea and the stretch of white sand along the beach. However, the beauty of the sea and beaches is not matched by the adequate quality of facilities and infrastructure and the lack of accommodation for travelers. Therefore, the design of the Lhok Me White Market Resort which has the criteria of a three-star hotel is a solution as accommodation for beach visitors and to add facilities and infrastructure to support increasing tourism in Aceh. The design of the Pasir Putih Lhok Me resort in Aceh Besar district uses a tropical architectural approach with the aim that the building can adapt to the climate and site conditions, so that the building is able to create comfort for users and be friendly to the environment through tropical architectural principles that harmonize the building with the surrounding environment. his. The design of this project applies the Tropical Meet Luxury concept, where this concept provides a design appearance with the characteristics of a tropical building but still maintains a luxurious and elegant impression in the design with the aim of attracting tourists. The design location for this beach resort is in Lamreh Lhok Me Lamreh village, Mesjid Rraya sub-district, Aceh Besar district with a land area of l ± 4 hectares.
