PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENCATATAN SERVICE DAN PERBAIKAN HARDWARE PADA TOKO MEURBOK IT

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat memberikan peluang besar bagi sektor usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Salah satu sektor yang dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini adalah usaha jasa service dan perbaikan hardware, contohnya Toko Meurbok IT, yang berfokus pada perbaikan dan perawatan perangkat keras komputer dan teknologi lainnya. Namun, Toko Meurbok IT menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data service, terutama akibat sistem manual yang menimbulkan masalah seperti risiko kehilangan data, kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan akses informasi, dan kurangnya integrasi sistem. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi berupa sistem informasi manajemen yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola pencatatan service dan perbaikan hardware secara efisien. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengelola data pelanggan, riwayat service, stok spare part, dan status pengerjaan perbaikan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Pengembangan sistem akan menggunakan metodologi terstruktur dengan alat seperti diagram use case, ERD, dan desain antarmuka yang ramah pengguna, serta kemampuan menghasilkan laporan informatif untuk evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dengan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen yang efektif, Toko Meurbok IT diharapkan dapat bersaing di pasar, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkelanjutan di era digitalDownloads
