Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Data Masyarakat pada Kantor Desa Tibang Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Berbasis Website. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data penduduk, khususnya kelompok fakir miskin, yatim piatu, serta janda dan duda, dengan fitur penambahan, pengeditan, penghapusan, serta pencarian data. Penggunaan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem memastikan tahapan yang sistematis, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh admin untuk mengelola data masyarakat, sementara pengguna dan pihak kecamatan memiliki akses terbatas sesuai dengan hak penggunaannya. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta keamanan data dibandingkan dengan metode pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan keterlambatan. Keberlanjutan sistem ini diharapkan dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengembangan fitur tambahan, seperti integrasi dengan sistem kependudukan nasional, pelaporan otomatis, serta peningkatan keamanan data. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pelayanan administrasi di Kantor Desa Tibang menjadi lebih efektif dan transparan.
