Abstract

Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia (UUI) mengelola berbagai arsip akademik, seperti data mahasiswa, transkrip nilai, surat keputusan akademik, jadwal perkuliahan, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen administratif lainnya. Pengelolaan arsip yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan tersebar di berbagai media penyimpanan menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti kesulitan pencarian dokumen, risiko kehilangan data, duplikasi informasi, serta keterlambatan proses administrasi akademik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Akademik berbasis digital yang terintegrasi dengan sistem akademik UUI. Sistem ini akan memiliki fitur utama seperti penyimpanan dokumen terpusat, pencarian arsip yang cepat dan efisien, keamanan data dengan hak akses terstruktur, serta integrasi dengan sistem akademik lainnya. Selain itu, sistem ini dilengkapi dengan mekanisme backup dan pemulihan data otomatis untuk mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi.Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan arsip akademik di UUI menjadi lebih efisien, aman, dan mudah diakses oleh pihak yang berwenang. Implementasi sistem ini juga akan mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik bagi dosen, mahasiswa, serta staf administrasi.
