ANALISIS KINERJA WEB SERVER APACHE, NGINX, OPEN LITESPEED, DAN OPEN RESTY

Kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan platform web yang andal, baik untuk keperluan bisnis maupun kehidupan sehari-hari. Web server memainkan peran krusial dalam memastikan performa optimal, kecepatan respons, dan ketersediaan layanan. Berbagai jenis web server, seperti Apache, Nginx, OpenLiteSpeed, dan OpenResty, memiliki karakteristik dan keunggulan masing-masing dalam menangani permintaan klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja keempat web server tersebut berdasarkan parameter Response Time, Requests per Second, Resource Usage, Throughput, dan Error Rate. Pengujian dilakukan dalam lingkungan virtualisasi menggunakan JMeter dengan variasi beban koneksi dari 100 hingga 2000 request selama 60 detik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap web server memiliki kelebihan tersendiri. OpenLiteSpeed menempati posisi pertama dengan performa terbaik secara keseluruhan, diikuti oleh Nginx, OpenResty, dan terakhir Apache. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengguna dalam memilih web server yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka berdasarkan efisiensi dan kecepatan pemrosesan data.
