APLIKASI PENGADAAN ALAT PADA BALMON BERBASIS WEB WEB-BASED PROCUREMENT APPLICATION FOR EQUIPMENT AT BALMON

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan peluang besar untuk dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk instansi pemerintah, swasta, maupun masyarakat. Salah satu implementasinya adalah pengembangan aplikasi untuk pengadaan barang atau alat. Namun, banyak instansi yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi ini dalam proses kerja mereka. Ketidaktersediaan aplikasi yang memadai seringkali menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti ketidakteraturan pencatatan, sulitnya pemantauan proses pengajuan, serta kurangnya koordinasi antar departemen. Hal ini berdampak pada proses pengadaan yang tidak efektif, lambatnya pelaporan, dan ketidakefisienan kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang blueprint Aplikasi Pengadaan Alat berbasis online untuk Balai Monitoring Aceh, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen serta proses pengajuan alat di setiap divisi. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan alat bantu seperti use case diagram dan entity relationship diagram (ERD) untuk mendukung desain sistem. Diharapkan, aplikasi yang terintegrasi ini dapat mempermudah akses data dan informasi strategis, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Hasil rancangan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan aplikasi pengadaan serupa di masa mendatang
