SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER PADA NAZAR UNGGAS BERBASIS WEB

Nazar Unggas merupakan sebuah usaha peternakan ayam broiler yang bertempat di Desa Meunasah Tu, Kecamatan Panteraja, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Selama ini, proses pengelolaan data dan proses pelaporan pada peternakan tersebut masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu dengan pencatatan secara manual pada selembar kertas. Selain itu, peternakan Nazar Unggas juga belum memiliki sistem dokumentasi yang terstruktur dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut dengan menciptakan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen peternakan berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pihak peternakan dalam pelaporan dan pengelolaan data secara cepat dan akurat serta menyediakan sistem dokumentasi yang terstuktur dengan baik. Sistem informasi manajemen ini dirancang dengan bahasa pemograman PHP menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak peternakan Nazar Unggas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat mendukung dan memudahkan peternakan Nazar Unggas dalam proses pengelolaan data serta memudahkan Manajer peternakan dalam pembuatan laporan mingguan secara cepat dan akurat.
