Abstract

ABSTRAK Sekolah Dasar YPAC Banda Aceh salah satu lembaga pendidikan khusus untuk anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus yang menjalankan program pembelajaran pengenalan huruf dan kata benda dengan menggunakan lembaran poster. Dengan media sederhana ini membuat sebagian siswa tunarungu kurang tertarik dalam belajar dan membuat siswa menjadi lambat untuk mengenal huruf. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi khususnya dalam menerapkan pembelajaran pada Sekolah Dasar YPAC Banda Aceh, dibuat salah satu media pembelajaran Animasi interaktif yang tetap mengikuti kurikulum sekolah luar biasa YPAC Banda Aceh yaitu kurikulum 2013. Animasi Interaktif inibertujuan untuk membuat pemahaman lebih cepat kepada siswa serta memberikan media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan menjadi media pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Hasil akhir yang didapat dalam Animasi Interaktif pembelajaran pengenalan huruf dan kata benda adalah sebuah animasi yang dapat digunakan oleh guru sebagai media pembelajaran untuk anak tunarungu dan pembelajaran yang didapatkan siswa lebih baik dari sebelumnya dalam mengenal huruf dan kata benda serta minat belajar siswa lebih tinggi. Kata Kunci : Pengenalan Huruf, Kata Benda, Animasi Interaktif, Autisme, Sekolah Luar Biasa.
