ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENDATAAN PENILAIAN PROSES BELAJAR BERBASIS WEB

Abstrak— Pendataan penilaian proses belajar mahasiswa merupakan faktor yang penting dalam kegiatan pengajaran. Dengan adanya pendataan nilai dari proses belajar mengajar (PBM) dapat membantu dalam menentukan nilai indeks prestasi yang dikelola tiap program studi (prodi) di akhir semester. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi nilai yang mempermudah pengecekan, pencatatan dan laporan data nilai mahasiswa yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem pengolahan nilai yang membantu kerja kaprodi dan dosen serta dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan proses penginputan, pencarian, meng-update, menyimpan yaitu berupa data kaprodi, data dosen, data mahasiswa, data kelas, data mata kuliah, data nilai tugas, kuis, midtest, final, nilai persemester, dan rekapitulasi laporan yang di olah secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga bisa langsung di akses serta informasi (pengumuman) nilai dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Selain itu antarmuka sistem diimplementasikan sesuai dengan tampilan nilai yang sudah ada sehingg sistem dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan menghasilkan perhitungan nilai yang akurat.

Collecting the process of assessment and learning is an important factor in teaching activities. With the collection rate of the learning process (PBM) can assist in determining the grade point value of each program run at the end of the semester. This study aims to develop an information system which facilitates the checking value, recording and reporting of data values computerized student. This research has resulted in a treatment system that helps the value of the work staff and lecturers and can help users to make the process of inputting, searching, updating, storing the data, the data lecturer, student data, class data, the data subject, the data value assignments, quizzes, midterm, finals, grades each semester, and if the recapitulation reports in effectively and efficiently, so that it can directly access and information (announcement) value can be conveyed properly. In addition, the system interface is implemented in accordance with the existing value of the display so that the system can be used easily and produces an accurately.
