Abstrak

Abstrak— Fasilitas pelayanan di dunia pendidikan perguruan tinggi atau kampus sangatlah berperan penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan akreditasi suatu kampus. Namun pada prodi Teknik Informatika Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe dalam memperoleh modul/materi matakuliah menggunakan cara manual copy-paste menggunakan flashdisk yang mengakibatkan penyebaran virus terjadi. Kemudian jika dosen pengajar berhalangan hadir sehingga pembelajaran terhambat. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem repository berbasis web dan memanfaatkan layanan cloud storage untuk memudahkan mendapatkan modul pembelajaran matakuliah baik pada saat jam belajar maupun diluar jam belajar. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis web. Untuk layanan pemnyimpanan cloud storage menggunakan aplikasi Owncloud yang nantinya file materi pembelajaran disimpan melalui cloud. Dengan adanya sistem repository penyediaan modul pembelajaran akan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran mahasiswa di prodi Teknik Informatika. Layanan dan fitur yang disediakan ialah proses perolehan modul matakuliah dari web khusus (repository) serta penyimpanan modul matakuliah di dalam layanan Cloud Storage.

Abstract—Service facilities in the world of college or college education is very important to improve the quality of learning and accreditation of a campus. However, in the Informatics Engineering Department of Lhokseumawe State Polytechnics not yet effective and efficient in the learning process, especially to obtaining the course material because still using manual that causes the spread of the virus occurs. If the lecturers are unable to attend so that learning is hampered. In this research is made a web-based repository system and utilize cloud storage service to facilitate get learning module of course both at study time and outside study hours. The system is built using web programming languages. The storage service using Owncloud web-based applications to stored there. The results have been achieved is the creation of a web repository system provision of course learning module to support and improve the quality of student learning in Informatics Engineering. The services and features provided are the process of obtaining specialized course modules from the web (repository) as well as the storage of course modules within the Cloud Storage service.
