Abstrak

Kebutuhan sebuah sistem informasi saat ini sangat tinggi sehingga di setiap kegiatan instansi atau
perkantoran selalu menggunakan sistem infromasi untuk menunjang aktifitas yang dilaksanakan
agar berjalan dengan lancar dan memudahkan pekerjaan. Sistem informasi telah banyak diterapkan
di Aceh, akan tetapi tidak sedikit pula ada yang belum menerapkan sama sekali seperti di Humas
Polda Aceh. Humas Polda Aceh ditugaskan untuk mengolah dan menyampaikan informasi kepada
masyarakat, data yang harus diolah ini sangatlah banyak salah satunya data laporan kegiatan harian
Polres-Polres seperti laporan pembuatan meme, video dan berita. Laporan yang diterima ini direkap
dengan cara yang sederhana yaitu mengirim via grup whatsapp jadi sering terjadinya ketidak samaan
data antara Polda dan Polres yang telah mengirim laporan, selanjutnya data yang dikirim akan
dijumlahkan untuk total data kegiatan harian, mingguan dan bulanan. Hal inilah dirasa perlu adanya
sebuah sistem informasi untuk data laporan kegiatan harian dan menampilkan data berdasarkan data
harian, mingguan dan bulanan, sistem informasi ini berbasis web base karena dapat menyesuaikan
pada berbagai device atau sistem operasi yang digunakan penggua dan memiliki memudahan dalam
proses pengembangan seperti menggunakan framework codeigniter. Data yang telah diupload
nantinya akan bisa di download dalam bentuk pdf untuk bahan pertimbangan atau pertanggung
jawaban dari hasil kegiatan harian. Jadi dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu anggota
dalam melaksanakan tugas dan terkontrolnya data yang dikirim setiap harinya.
