DESAIN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN KASUS DAN PUTUSAN SIDANG PADA MAHKAMAH SYARIAH JANTHO KELAS 2

Perkara secara umum merujuk pada kasus yang diajukan oleh masyarakat untuk diproses dalam persidangan dan dikeluarkan putusan oleh hakim. Khususnya dalam konteks masyarakat Islam, perkara seringkali berkaitan dengan masalah rumah tangga seperti perceraian dan warisan. Data perkara merupakan data gugatan individu yang diajukan ke Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Soppeng untuk mendapatkan putusan yang adil, di mana gugatan perceraian dan masalah warisan sering menjadi fokus utama. Pengadilan, sebagai badan yang menjalankan kekuasaan kehakiman, bertugas untuk menegakkan peraturan perundangan tanpa campur tangan kekuasaan legislatif dan eksekutif. Mengingat tingginya volume perkara yang masuk ke Mahkamah Syariah Jantho, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengolah data perkara dengan efisien, memudahkan proses pemasukan, perekaman, pengambilan, serta pembacaan informasi ke dalam database. Untuk memastikan informasi yang akurat mengenai perkara yang masuk dan telah diputuskan, dibutuhkan strategi pengolahan data yang user-friendly. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi atau aplikasi yang mampu mengelola data kasus atau perkara hingga hasil keputusan sidang. Rancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) dengan diagram Usecase dan Entity Relationship sebagai alat perancangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan sistem pengelolaan data kasus dan putusan sidang di Mahkamah Syariah Jantho.

A case generally refers to a situation brought by the public to be processed in court and decided by a judge. Specifically, in the context of the Islamic community, cases often relate to household matters such as divorce and inheritance. Case data is the data of lawsuits filed by individuals to the Religious Court of Soppeng Regency to obtain a fair judgment, with divorce and inheritance issues being the most common. The court, as a body exercising judicial power, is tasked with upholding the laws without interference from the legislative and executive branches to ensure it can perform its duties effectively. Given the high volume of cases entering the Syariah Court of Jantho, a system is needed that can efficiently process case data, facilitating the input, recording, retrieval, and reading of information into the database. To ensure accurate information regarding the cases submitted and decided in the court process, a user-friendly data processing strategy is required. Therefore, this research aims to design an information system or application that can manage case data and court decisions. The application design uses the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method with Use Case Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams as design tools. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the development of a system for managing case data and court decisions at the Syariah Court of Jantho.
