PENTINGNYA APLIKASI BERBASIS WEB UNTUK PENGADUAN DAN KESEHATAN: SOLUSI UNTUK PENINGKATAN KESELAMATAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENANGANAN KASUS

Abstrak

Kecelakaan adalah suatu kejadian yang ada di jalan raya yang melibatkan kendaraan dengan pengguna jalan lain yang menyebabkan korban manusia atau kerugian harga benda. Pengaduan kecelakaan sangatlah penting untuk pihak yang terlibat dan bagi pengendaraan lainmnya, peningkatan kewaspadaan dan informasi harus ditingkatkan untuk keselamatan Bersama. Pengaduan atau pelaporan pada saat terjadi kecelakaan sangat penting sebagaiinformasi. Oleh karena itu pihak polisi dan rumah sakit memerlukan bukti kecelakaan atau data korban sebagai informasi untuk ditindaklanjuti ke penanganan selanjutknya. Pada aplikasi ini juga terdapat pengaduan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk melaporkan keluhan pasien atau pelapor sebagai landasan informasi awal dalam Tindakan dalam penanganan rumah sakit terhadap pasien. Aplikasi yang dibuat ini untuk mengatasi beberapa masalah di atas sehingga dengan aplikasi yang berbasis web ini memudahkan elemen terkait agar proses penanganan dan pelaporan menjadi lebih baik dan efektif.

Accidents are incidents that occur on the road involving vehicles and other road users, resulting in human casualties or property damage. Accident reporting is crucial for those involved and other drivers, as increasing awareness and information is essential for mutual safety. Reporting or documenting an accident at the time it occurs is vital for providing information. Therefore, the police and hospitals require evidence of the accident or victim data to follow up on further handling. This application also includes health reporting, which aims to report complaints from patients or reporters as a basis for initial information in hospital actions and patient care. This application was created to overcome some of the problems above so that this web-based application makes it easier for related elements so that the handling and reporting process becomes better and more effective.
