PERANCANGAN DASHBOARD PENGIRIMAN LOGISTIK PADA PERUSAHAAN LAP LOGISTICS

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor industri, termasuk logistik. Efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses manajemen logistik menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi perusahaan untuk tetap kompetitif. LAP Logistics, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengiriman logistik, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam pengelolaan data pengiriman dan pemantauan operasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah kurangnya sistem terintegrasi untuk memantau dan mengelola data pengiriman secara real-time. Informasi terkait status pengiriman, jadwal pengantaran, dan lokasi armada sering sulit diakses dengan cepat dan akurat. Hal ini tidak hanya memengaruhi efisiensi operasional tetapi juga berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan yang mengharapkan transparansi dan layanan yang cepat. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem dashboard yang dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan logistik di LAP Logistics. Dashboard ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai status pengiriman, performa armada, serta indikator kinerja utama (Key Performance Indicators) perusahaan secara real-time. Dengan dashboard yang interaktif dan informatif, pengambilan keputusan strategis dapat dilakukan secara lebih cepat dan tepat, sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Perancangan dashboard ini menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematis, didukung oleh visualisasi data yang efektif dan integrasi dengan sistem manajemen logistik yang sudah ada. Dengan adanya dashboard pengiriman logistik ini, LAP Logistics diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan kualitas layanan logistik sekaligus menjadi solusi yang mendukung daya saing perusahaan di industri logistik yang terus berkembang
