PERANCANGAN VIDIO MOTION GRAPHIC PENGENALAN JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNTUK CALON MAHASISWA DI KAMPUS UIN AR-RANIRY BANDA ACEH

Abstrak

Di tengah kompleksitas perkembangan teknologi, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ar-Raniry memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan calon pendidik yang mampu menguasai dan mengajarkan teknologi informasi secara efektif. Jurusan Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi (PTI) di UIN Ar-Raniry menjadi salah satu tempat yang paling sesuai untuk calon mahasiswa yang tertarik menggabungkan antara bidang teknologi dan pendidikan. Namun, meskipun memiliki potensi besar, masih terdapat tantangan yang perlu dihadapi oleh jurusan PTI di UIN Ar-Raniry. Beberapa di antaranya termasuk kurangnya pemahaman tentang program studi ini di kalangan masyarakat, serta perluasan jaringan kerja sama dengan industri yang lebih luas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan menggenai kurangnya pemahaman menggenai jurusan pendidikan pendidikan teknologi informasi, maka dibuatlah video pengenalan prodi berbasis teknologi digital motion graphic, ini menjadi salah satu solusi efektif untuk memberikan informasi secara menarik dan informatif kepada calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) untuk merancang video motion graphic sebagai media promosi. Pengujian pada 20 responden menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat baik, Sehingga video ini efektif sebagai media pengenalan jurusan  program studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi.
