PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT UMUM SEBAGAI END-USER TERHADAP KETERSEDIAAN JARINGAN 5G DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

Perkembangan jaringan 5G menjanjikan kecepatan tinggi dan latensi rendah dalam mendukung digitalisasi, namun persepsi masyarakat sebagai pengguna akhir (end-user) masih menjadi variabel penting dalam keberhasilan implementasinya, khususnya di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana masyarakat memandang ketersediaan jaringan 5G, aksesibilitasnya, serta dampaknya terhadap transformasi digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei kepada 100 responden melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas (Pearson), reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha), dan analisis tabulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel “aksesibilitas” memperoleh indeks 65,5% (cukup), “persepsi” memperoleh indeks 85,0% (baik), dan “digitalisasi” memperoleh indeks 82,0% (baik). Hal ini menandakan bahwa masyarakat Banda Aceh memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap jaringan 5G meskipun masih ada kendala akses dan biaya. Kesimpulannya, teknologi 5G berpotensi besar dalam mendorong perilaku digital masyarakat, namun perlu dukungan infrastruktur dan pemerataan layanan oleh provider untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatannya.
