EVALUASI ANTARMUKA PENGGUNA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA PADA WEBSITE PPID ACEH JAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HEURISTIC EVALUATION

Website Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Aceh Jaya merupakan sarana resmi untuk memberikan layanan informasi publik kepada masyarakat. Namun, efektivitas website ini sangat bergantung pada kualitas antarmuka penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi antarmuka pengguna website PPID Aceh Jaya menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation. Metode ini menggunakan 10 prinsip heuristik dari Jakob Nielsen sebagai indikator evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pelanggaran usability dengan tingkat keparahan sedang hingga tinggi, terutama pada aspek konsistensi, visibilitas status sistem, dan pencegahan kesalahan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disusun rekomendasi perbaikan antarmuka untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan website PPID yang lebih user-friendly dan sesuai dengan prinsip keterbukaan informasi publik.
