ANALISA KEBUTUHAN SISTEM INFORMASI BEBAN KERJA PADA UNIVERSISTAS UBUDIYAH INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE VIEWPOINT ORIENTED REQUIREMENT DEFINITION (VORD) DAN PROTO PERSONAS

Abstrak - Pegembangan suatu perangkat lunak dimulai dari menganalisa kebutuhan dari sistem yang akan dibangun, kebutuhan sistem dapat dihasilkan langsung dari calon pengguna atu user yang berinteraksi langsung nantinya dengan sistem. Pengembanngan perangkat lunak yang berkualitas harus didukung dengan kebutuhan sistem yang didefinisikan dengan jelas. Metode VORD merupakan salah satu metode yang dapt digunakan untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan sistem secara baik, kebutuhan didapatkan langsung berdasarkan sudut pandang dari pengguna seistem. Untuk  mendapatkan kebutuhan dan  permasalahan  dapat  juga menggunakan  metode proto personas sebagi alat untuk media interaksi antara calon pengguna sistem dengan pengembang. Hasil dari proto personas dilanjutkan dengan membuat suatu diagram yaitu usecase diagram. Usecase diagram  membantu  merepresentasikan  kebutuhan  dari  sistem  dalam  bentuk  grafik. Hasil  akhir dai penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah dokumen kebutuhan secara jelas sehingga dapat dijadikan sebaagai acuan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi analisa beban kerja pada Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia Banda Aceh.
