PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN APLIKASI PROGRAM PENGOLAH DATA OBSERVASI PILOT BALON DI STASIUN METEOROLOGI BLANG BINTANG

Abstrak— Di Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika, ada beberapa sektor yang masih belum tersentuh perubahan teknologi salah satunya adalah pengolahan data observasi pilot balon. Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan dalam mebuat sistem pengolahan data observasi pilot balon dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga proses pengolahan data bisa dilakukan secara cepat dan akurat, pengamatan dapat dilakukan dengan maksimal, dan data-data dapat terkirim tepat waktu. Dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang berbasis visual basic 6.0 yang berfungsi sebagai pengolah data observasi pilot balon. Dengan aplikasi ini tujuan awal penelitian ini telah dapat dicapai. Aplikasi ini juga dapat meminimalkan kesalahan, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja serta secara tidak langsung meningkatkan aspek keselamatan penerbangan.

Abstract— In Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, there are some sectors that are still untouched by technological change, one of it is the pilot balloon observation data processing. This study is focused in creating a data processing system of pilot balloon observations with a computerized system, so that data processing can be performed quickly and accurately, observations can be made to the maximum level, and the data can be delivered on time. In this study has succeeded in producing an application-based "visual basic 6.0" which serves as a data processor pilot balloon observations. With this application the original purpose of this study have been achieved. It can also minimize errors, improve work efficiency and indirectly increases flight safety.
