Abstrak

Perusahaan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik
Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang perbankan. Pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)
Cabang Banda Aceh terdapat satu kegiatan lelang. Proses pelelangan ini sangat penting untuk
perusahaan mengembalikan modal awal yang telah dipinjamkan pihak perusahaan kepada nasabah
dengan syarat menggadaikan barang miliknya hingga batas waktu yang telah disepakati. Apabila
sampai batas waktu yang telah ditentukan nasabah tidak dapat mengembalikan pinjamannya maka
pihak perusahaan mengambil alih barang jaminan nasabah tersebut menjadi milik perusahaan dan
selanjutnya dilelangkan secara umum untuk mengembalikan lagi modal perusahaan yang telah
dipinjamkan, namun kurangnya informasi tentang pelelangan di perusahaan ini menjadi salah satu
permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan, mulai dari jadwal pelelangan dan informasi barang yang
akan dilelang hanya dapat dilihat pada lingkungan Perusahaan. Proses pelelangan dilakukan pada
jam kerja dan bertempat di kantor PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Hal
ini membuat waktu operasional perusahaan menjadi terganggu, maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi
berupa sebuah Aplikasi Pelelangan Barang Berbasis Web pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara
(Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel yang dapat memudahkan
pihak perusahaan dan calon peserta lelang untuk melakukan proses pelelangan.
