SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING PROYEK DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG PROVINSI ACEH

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Aceh sebagai salah satu dinas pada Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki tugas umum pemerintah daerah di dalam mewujudkan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana di bidang kebinamargaan. Pada saat ini Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Aceh terus berupaya melakukan perbaikan dalam manajemen monitoring untuk perencanaan dan pengawasan di setiap pekerjaan, baik itu secara administrasi maupun pekerjaan di lapangan. Monitoring proyek di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Aceh sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal, anggaran, dan standar yang ditetapkan. Saat ini, pemantauan masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan beberapa kendala seperti ketidaktersediaan data yang terpadu, ketidakakuratan informasi dan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Guna membantu penyelesaian masalah monitoring proyek diperlukan perancangan sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengawasan proyek dengan lebih efektif. Solusi yang tepat adalah dengan merancang sebuah Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Monitoring Proyek, dimana Aplikasi ini memungkinkan akses yang lebih cepat dan real-time, meningkatkan koordinasi antar tim serta meningkatkan transparansi dalam pengawasan proyek. Proses kerja aplikasi ini digunakan kontraktor sebagai wadah pelaporan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Sistem yang dibangun menampilkan hasil yang efektif berupa profil perusahaan serta data dan progres/kemajuan proyek. Pengembangan sistem informasi monitoring proyek yang handal sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan paket pekerjaan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Aceh.

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Aceh Province is one of the agencies in the Aceh Provincial Government that has the general task of realizing the development of infrastructure in the field of transportation. At present, the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Aceh Province continues to strive for improvements in monitoring management for planning and supervision in every project, both administratively and in the field. Project monitoring in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Aceh Province is very important to ensure that projects run according to schedule, budget, and established standards. Currently, monitoring is still done manually, which results in several obstacles such as the unavailability of integrated data, inaccurate information, and delays in decision-making. To help solve project monitoring problems, the design of an information system that can support project supervision more effectively is needed. The appropriate solution is to design a Project Monitoring Information System Application, where this application allows faster and real-time access, improves coordination between teams, and increases transparency in project supervision. The application workflow is used by contractors as a reporting tool tailored to their needs. The system to be built display effective results in the form of company profiles and project progress data. The development of a reliable project monitoring information system is very important to increase the effectiveness of supervision of work packages in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Aceh Province.
