STRATEGI OPTIMALISASI RUANG DI RUMAH SUBSIDI TIPE 36 PERUMAHAN SANGGAMARA ACEH BARAT

Rumah subsidi tipe 36 di Komplek Perumahan Sanggamara menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan ruang yang berdampak pada kenyamanan dan fungsionalitas bagi penghuninya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan desain fleksibel sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan ruang di hunian kecil. Desain fleksibel menawarkan konsep adaptasi ruang melalui penggunaan elemen-elemen interior yang multifungsi dan dapat diubah sesuai kebutuhan, seperti furnitur modular, partisi bergerak, serta pemanfaatan ruang vertikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur tentang konsep desain fleksibel dan pengamatan langsung di rumah-rumah tipe 36 di Komplek Perumahan Sanggamara. Selain itu, wawancara dengan penghuni juga dilakukan untuk memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka terhadap ruang yang fleksibel dan fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi desain fleksibel mampu meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan ruang secara signifikan, sekaligus memberikan fleksibilitas bagi penghuni dalam menata interior sesuai dengan berbagai aktivitas dan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan desain fleksibel pada rumah subsidi tipe 36 tidak hanya meningkatkan fungsionalitas ruang, tetapi juga memberikan kenyamanan dan kepraktisan yang lebih tinggi bagi penghuninya. Rekomendasi untuk desain hunian yang lebih optimal juga diberikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas hunian di Komplek Perumahan Sanggamara.
