IMPLEMENTASI REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DENGAN METODE HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK

Abstrak

Transformasi digital dalam dunia kesehatan telah mendorong banyak rumah sakit untuk mengadopsi sistem rekam medis elektronik (RME). Penerapan RME bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan aksesibilitas data pasien, termasuk di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi RME di rumah sakit tersebut, Saat ini penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sudah di atur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.4 Tahun 2022, peraturan tersebut menyebutkan bahwa setiap fasilitas layanan Kesehatan diwajibkan menjalankan sistem pencatatan riwayat medis pasien secara elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti proses penerapan RME di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak banda aceh mulai dari pasien datang sampai pasien pulang dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap efisiensi waktu pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam efisiensi pencatatan dan akses data medis, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi, kualitas perawatan, keamanan data, dan pengurangan biaya, namun masih terdapat kendala teknis, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan tenaga medis, serta kebijakan pendukung untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi RME.
